How do I sign up for a membership?

It’s simple! You can sign up online or directly at our location in Hermitage. Our friendly team will be happy to help you get started.

How often can I wash my car as a member?

As often as you like! Members can wash once a day, every day, during business hours.

When will I be billed for my membership?

You’ll be billed automatically each month on the same date you joined.

Do you have contracts?

Are the vacuums free?

Yes! Every wash includes access to our free angled, spacious, and partially covered vacuum bays, along with free towels, cleaners, air guns, and mat cleaners.

Are electric cars safe in the tunnel?

Absolutely. Our express wash is safe for all standard vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.

Do I stay inside my car during the wash?

Yes. Just put your vehicle in neutral, take your foot off the brake, and enjoy the ride while our system takes care of the rest.

Do you close for bad weather?

We do our best to stay open, but in extreme conditions like ice, snow, or severe storms, we may close temporarily to keep customers, staff, and vehicles safe.
